Pickup times vary by location. Once your order has been pulled and is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via text and email. You can schedule your pickup either through the notification link or by visiting the My Account section on our website. Available pickup dates and times will be shown based on the auction event location.
How do i schedule pickup?
After you complete checkout and we finish preparing your items, you’ll receive a text and email notification with instructions to schedule your pickup.
What do i do once i arrive on location for my scheduled pickup?
When you arrive for your scheduled pickup, park in your designated spot and locate the QR code posted there. Open your phone’s camera and scan the QR code to access the arrival check-in page.
Fill out the form and submit it. The system will let you know if a payment is required. If no payment is due, simply follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with your pickup.
Can i reschedule my pickup?
Yes, you can reschedule your pickup one time. There are a few ways to do this:
Log in to My Account and update your pickup time under the Pickup Schedule section.
You will receive a reminder via text and email one hour before your scheduled pickup time. That message will include a link to reschedule.
